My name is Sebastian Smoak and I am the founder of Winter Oak Holdings, a company designed to support a self funded search to acquire and operate world class small businesses in light manufacturing, services, or construction. I am seeking to partner with business sellers who are excited to pass their business into the hands of a trustworthy, dependable, hardworking, and fair successor.
From my humble beginnings growing up on a farm, to attending West Point and serving as an Engineer Officer in the US Army, the core principles of hard work, honesty, and integrity have been instilled in me. These principles have guided me through multiple successful entrepreneurial pursuits in professional services, engineering management, and government services.
It is my hope that these same principles will continue to guide me as I seek to acquire phenomenal businesses with an outstanding culture and a history of excellence.
